ENTRY FORMS
Use the links on this page to fill out a complete bracket. Your FULL
NAME, and email address are required. I will not give out your email
address to anyone.
Enter as often as you like. You must use a different name on each entry
sheet. If you have multiple entries, put a number after your name (ex:
Bob Smith1, Bob Smith2, etc).
You can use the same email address for multiple entries.
ENTRY FEES
The entry fee for the Main Pool is $5. I must receive your money by
FRIDAY, March 26th at 5 PM MT or your entry is VOID, and your name
will be sent to everyone in the pool telling them how cheap you really
are. Also, we reserve the right to call you and harass you at all
hours of the night!
I Recommend sending your payment in
as soon as possible so not to risk your entry being voided.
Payment Can be made three different ways:
1. Checks or Money Orders are accepted. Mail them to: Kevin Struck

2. PayPal (All PayPal Payments cost an additional $0.50 ($5.50 total)
for service fees. Send me an email requesting PayPal link.
