ENTRY FORMS
Use the links on this page to fill out a complete bracket. Your FULL NAME, and email address are required. I will not give out your email address to anyone.
Enter as often as you like. You must use a different name on each entry sheet. If you have multiple entries, put a number after your name (ex: Bob Smith1, Bob Smith2, etc).
You can use the same email address for multiple entries.
ENTRY FEES
The entry fee for the Main Pool is $5. I must receive your money by TUE, March 25th at 5 PM MT or your entry is VOID.
I Recommend sending your payment in as soon as possible so not to risk your entry being voided.
